About Me
My name is MJ Poss and I am excited to pursue my dream of becoming an educator! Being from a suburb of Chicago I am a diehard Cubs fan and I enjoy going to any type of sports games! In my free time, I love to experiment in the kitchen and cook all sorts of different foods and cuisines. Traveling and experiencing new things is my favorite pastime; when given the opportunity to try something new I will never say no!
I am currently a senior at Saint Louis University obtaining my Bachelor of Arts in Education with a dual certification in Elementary Education and Special Education (K-12). Being a teacher has been a lifelong dream of mine. Growing up, many of my relationships revolved around neurodivergent peers. My life has been transformed by the authentic and intentional relationships I have built with individuals with varying abilities. All students deserve an advocate who will embrace their authenticity and believe in all their capabilities.
